Breathing Method 5-5-7

Here is a simple breathing exercise. It’s a great way to calm the fibromyalgia and chronic pain nervous system down. With pain our body tend to tighten up which can create stress. Give this a try and let me know how you felt afterward.  Looking forward to hearing from you.

  1. Inhale for the count of 5
  2. Hold for the count of 5
  3. Exhale for the count of 7

Repeat this 5-10 times
